After the acquisition by DXC Technology, I was responsible for growth and post-merger integration as Director. In 2006, I founded xyzmo.com — one of the first European e-signature providers. International expansion across Europe, the US, and South America, followed by a successful exit to Namirial in 2015, where I led the integration as Managing Director until 2020. Today, as owner of Sixtyfour Invest GmbH, I advise C-level teams on AI readiness, digital transformation, and software monetization — with the perspective of someone who has sat on all sides of the table.
