Founder with a successful exit, group CEO, M&A experience on both sides. I know the perspective of the entrepreneur, the manager, and the investor — and bring all three to the table.

Career start at Servo Data. Grew a division from 3 to 13 million euros in revenue. After the acquisition by DXC Technology, responsible for growth and post-merger integration as Director.

2006 xyzmo — Founding

Founded xyzmo.com — one of the first European e-signature providers. International expansion across Europe, the US, and South America.

2015 Exit · Namirial

Successful exit to Namirial. Led the integration as Managing Director of the Austrian subsidiary until 2020.
